After one of the best night’s sleeps we’ve had all trip, we then had (by far) the best breakfast we’ve eaten in four weeks. June’s homemade bread, juice from a local fruit (tumbo), vegetable omelets, American pancakes and real coffee were the perfect start to a day by the pool!

In the afternoon, June drove us into the closest village, Yotala, where she introduced us to the most delicious pork sandwiches, which we ate with a cold beer outside in a small town square where suddenly we were every dog’s best friend. 

Back at the Hacienda, Sasha and I went on a sunset walk before jumping into the jacuzzi to star gaze with Alexis and Sam. 

Finally, June prepared a wonderful lamb (from her own flock – can’t get much more organic than that!) supper for us. Ah, a fabulous day at Sky Hacienda.

June nous emmène dans le petit village de Yotala ou les gens se retrouvent le dimanche sur la place. Nous goûtons un excellent sandwich au porc.
