Nous avons pris l’avion de Sucre à La Paz ce matin. Un vol très rapide de 40min. Le taxi de l’aéroport était une expérience… On descendait les rues très raides. Il y avait une vue extraordinaire de toute la ville. Tellement de maisons sur chaque morceau de roche. Le taxi nous a déposés à notre Hotel/Apart… (À la maison) C’était comme chez nous. Un salon, une cuisine… Donc on pouvait manger à la maison ce qu’on n’avait pas fait depuis très longtemps. Nous sommes allés nous promener dans notre quartier pour trouver un restaurant. Mais nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’à la place de métro il y avait des téléphériques. Quelle bonne idée de transport en commun…Avec une vue sur toute la ville. Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans un restaurant végétarien self-serve. Qui était très bon. Puis nous sommes allés dans un petit marché pour acheter des ingrédients pour le dîner.

We woke up and had breakfast in Sucre before taking a taxi to the airport. We boarded the plane and took off. The flight was so easy. It lasted about 45min and we flew over amazing mountains, lakes and volcanos. We landed in La Paz, the capital of Bolivia, where we found the taxi which would bring us to our hotel. Our room/apartment was on the last floor which gave us a grate view over the city and the yellow teleferico. La Paz is a city which is surrounded by mountains meaning that every street is very steep. After getting settled, we went to lunch at a little vegetarian restaurant which was a self-serve. We then went to a little market where we bought whatever we needed for our dinner. We got back, prepared dinner and had an appetizer while watching all of our pictures. We then had diner which where delicious home made tacos.
